Walt Disney World Vacation '09 - Day 7 Part 1

We made our way over to the Wilderness Lodge for breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe - we were all looking forward to this, mainly because none of us had ever been inside the Wilderness Lodge Resort before. The Wilderness Lodge Resort is really breathtaking. It's so serene and quiet there. We took a few pictures before going in to eat.

We really love the look and feel of the Wilderness Lodge and at the time of our trip we had discussed staying there on our next vacation. At this moment in time, however, our plans are to become Disney Vacation Club members and buy into Bay Lake Towers - but that's a story for another post. Even so, there is still the chance we may stay a few nights in one of the villas at WL.

Our meal at Whispering Canyon Cafe was just okay. The food was average. The atmosphere was fun though and of course, the CMs were wonderful. Although we enjoyed our time there, I don't think we'll return for a meal at Whispering Canyon Cafe.

After we ate, we walked around the resort a bit and then hopped on a bus to, guess where? Say it with me now...'the Magic Kingdom' - of course that's where the kids wanted to go.
