Tuesday, April 28th
We left around 2 pm. I realized, thanks to my wonderful neighbor/friend, Shannon, that as long as Olivia is in school until 1:30pm, it's considered a full day so instead of waiting until 3:30pm to leave we left a bit early!

Driving for about 2 1/2 hours, smooth sailing, then BAM! traffic!
There was a 4 car accident. We actually saw quite a few accidents, unfortunately. Glad we missed them all! Things went well until we got to the D.C. area and then it was a rough ride, but what did we expect at 5-6 pm?
Of course, Olivia had to go potty when we were stuck on I-495 but she did well and was able to wait until we got to a bathroom, but she did puke, I think from all the stopping and going that goes on when sitting in traffic. This kid pukes at least once on a long trip so I was prepared, LOL
We stopped somewhere in Virginia to eat. It was already after 7pm by that time! I thought we were making really good time!
