I noticed that Animal Kingdom was open for extra magick hours that evening so I was even more excited and felt less rushed to get there since they were open until 9 pm instead of 6 pm.
After a few hours we get the kids up and dressed and we're ready to go! I think we left our resort around 1:30 pm. We caught the bus to take us to Animal Kingdom without a problem! No way! I was a happy camper.
We arrive at Animal Kingdom and see it's a bit of a walk from where the bus dropped us off to the main entrance and my mom's knee and heel (she had developed a bone spur in her heel) really hurt her so we took it slow.

Wyatt wasn't sure about him, LOL. This is awesome. Nice relaxing morning, the kids napped, CJ and I got somehot sex alone cuddle time in the bathroom while the kids napped, everyone seemed to be in good spirits, all was well!
Or was it? Ha! I blame this next faux pas on me completely. We get in to AK and I immediately go for a park map because I want to see where Boma is located since we had reservations there at 4:50 pm. Okay, who's laughing their ass off right now? Yea, me too, NOW, certainly not then. I don't see Boma on the map. Gee, I thought it would be in Africa. Hmmmm...I find a CM at customer relations and ask him to tell me just exactly where Boma is.
He tells me Boma is located in Animal Kingdom LODGE which is about, ohhh, 15 minutes from the park by bus! HolyfuckingshitamIanasshole.
I planned this trip for a YEAR. I made ADRs 180 days in advance and it never once registered in my empty head that Boma was at the AK Resort and not the park! I mean, I never even considered that thought. It's not like I had wondered about that and then just forgot to check. I just plain old ASSumed it was at the park. This day just deflated like a balloon.
