We arrive at the magic Kingdom!

Here is a picture of the train station at the park entrance...and no, I have no clue who those people are:

Here we are, arriving at the magic Kingdom for the day. Don't we all look so excited? Hahaha

My mom is not in the picture because she decided (THANK GAWD) to ditch the scooter. It actually wasn't working properly so between that and the fact that she just couldn't drive the damn thing, we were all glad, including her, that she ditched it!
First thing's first, walk down Main St!

Here's Olivia (far left corner) going down Main St:

We decided to head towards Frontier Land and we lucked out because Woody from Toy Story was performing in the street.

Of course MY kids got shy and wouldn't participate in the fun:

Here's the Steamboat:

No, we didn't take a ride on it. I would have liked to but we just didn't get a chance to. After a while we decided to head over to Splash Mountain. This was going to be our first ride. I figured, if we get wet right away we have the rest of the day to dry off!

Splash Mountain:
You can see us, I circled us, lol
It was cool to realize that Olivia and Dante were both tall enough to ride this. I know, Dante is only 2 1/2 so we kinda thought maybe he wasn't mature enough, but hell, he was tall enough so screw it, we took him.
Me, CJ, Fawn (CJ's mom), Olivia, Dante and my mom went on and grandma stayed with Wyatt.
I must say, the theme and characters you see while inside the ride are a bit disturbing. Kind of morbid but then again, we were in DISNEY so why should I be surprised?!
I didn't take any videos while on rides but I did find this short video on YouTube of a family on the ride, if you're curious, here's the link: Splash Mountain Ride - Video

Here's Olivia after the ride:

Once we got off that ride, we headed over to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Olivia was excited since she was able to ride this one too. Dante, on the other hand, was less than thrilled with Splash Mountain so he did not ride this one. Again, no personal video, but I found one on YouTube!
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
So far, we hadn't waited longer than 20 minutes to get on the rides!

Once we got off that ride we headed to the bathrooms.

Here's grandma, happily sitting on her scooter, LOL:
Here's me and the kids, waiting for everyone else to get back from their potty break. The boys doing what they do best, Wyatt sleeping and Dante picking his nose. How nice, huh? A memory I will forever cherish, LOL:

We headed over to Fantasy land to grab a bite to eat.
To be continued...
